Follow the WHS Tech page: Learning how to do a college level academic search before graduating high school is a goal of many of our students. SYNC, a free summer audiobook program for teens 13+, returned on April 27, 2017, giving away two complete audiobook downloads a week - pairs of high interest titles, based on weekly themes for FREE. In 2016, 30 titles were given away over 15 weeks...and this year it looks like 17 titles are on the calendar. WHS students can listen to audio books on their Chromebooks or phones, just go to http://www.audiobooksync.com/ to get started. This week: Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.Digital Citizenship tip of the week: Kids get their news from family, friends, teachers, and of course the internet...Since much of this content comes from sites that are designed for adult audiences, what your kids see, hear, or read might not always be age-appropriate.
