The Collaboratory: a makerspace 
The Hillsboro Public Library’s Collaboratory is a space for people of all abilities to explore the possibility of: making art, making science, making crafts, making anything!
Collaboratory Mission, Conduct, and Operations

 While families are welcome to explore the space, the Collaboratory is for patrons age 10 and up. Younger makers can attend the Maker Labs at Shute park on Saturday afternoons, and Brookwood Library on Sunday afternoons. Make sure to check out our events Calendar for more information!
Cultural Pass to Adventure
Did you know that your WCCLS library card allow you to check out a Cultural Pass to Adventure?
The cultural pass allows you to have a  library experience without borders.  Check out a Cultural Pass from WCCLS for free admission to the following locations:

Free Tutoring & Resume Help for Anyone with a WCCLS library card The Beaverton City Library offers trained volunteer Homework Helpers ( http://bit.ly/wcclshomework ) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings. WHS Library, Chrome, and Canvas Corner Canvas :   Parent/Guardian Parent Night:   Parents and guardians are invited to a  Canvas Parent Night  at  Sunset High School on Monday,  February  26 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm  for a slice of pizza, and time to learn about Canvas, our Learning Management System (LMS).  Come explore  how to navigate Canvas and see how teachers who are using Canvas post assignments, give feedback, and communicate with students.  You will have an opportunity to create your own Parent/Guardian Canvas account.
