Free Tutoring & Resume Help for Anyone with a WCCLS library card The Beaverton City Library offers trained volunteer Homework Helpers ( http://bit.ly/wcclshomework ) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings. We do recommend that students call the Teen Desk at 503.350.4001 to check ahead for availability. Additionally , through the Washington County Cooperative Library Services, we also offer Brainfuse , a free live tutoring service ( http://bit.ly/wcclshelpnow ). LIVE online tutoring help from 1 to 10pm daily: Simply select your grade and subject and chat live with someone to get homework help. Writing Lab : Submit papers and get writing feedback (generally) within 24 hours. WHS Library, Chrome, and Canvas Corner Follow the WHS Tech page :   Learning how to do a college level academic search before graduating high school is a goal of many of our students.  Utilizing the search engine EBSCO, which many colleges use, is a great start.  Here is a helpful handout to get you started:  http://bit.ly/WHSebsco Library tip of the week :  It is back!   SYNC, a free summer audiobook program for teens 13+, returned on April 27, 2017, giving away two complete audiobook downloads a week - pairs of high interest titles, based on weekly themes for FREE.   In 2016, 30 titles were given away over 15 weeks...and this year it looks like 17 titles are on the calendar.  WHS students can listen to audio books on their Chromebooks or phones, just go to  http://www.audiobooksync.com/  to get started.  This week:   Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
