Canvas  We have updated the process by which the Canvas observer role is created for parents and guardians.  All active ParentVUE account users now have a Canvas observer role. Moving forward, any parent or guardian who activates their ParentVUE account will automatically have an associated Canvas account created. Excellent Events in our Area Author William Ritter  will visit the Sunset High Media Center to tell teens about his writing process and how his bestselling mystery series  Jackaby  came to be.  William Ritter is an Oregon educator and author.  Copies of Jackaby are available for free in September from the Cedar Mill Library for those committed to attending the program on  Oct. 11th.    Parallel Worlds Writing Contest Student submissions starting October 1.  All entries must be received at Beaverton City Library Main or the Murray Scholls branch by 8 p.m. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2018 Some WHS students also learned about these resources this week: Click on the title for more information.
